Deine Mission

Du bist verantwortlich für die Performance deines Store und hast dabei weitreichende Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten
Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Team und erreichst dadurch immer neue Bestleistungen
Du hast deine KPI’s im Blick und optimierst deine Filiale fortlaufend
Du bist verantwortlich für eine effiziente Personalplanung und rekrutierst die passenden Mitarbeiter:innen für deinen Store
Du begeisterst unsere Kunden für unser Sortiment an Sneakern und Streetwear und bietest einen erstklassigen Service
Du kontrollierst die Warenbestände auf der Fläche und stellst die Verfügbarkeit für die Kunden sicher
Du hast ein Auge für die passende Warenpräsentation und setzt unsere Visual Merchandising Vorgaben selbstständig um

Deine Erfahrung und Persönlichkeit

Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Einzelhandel oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
Du hast Erfahrung im Verkauf, ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Visual Merchandising, Warenaufbau und Logistik
Du bist modebewusst und begeisterst dich für Basketball, Sneaker und Streetwear
Du bist ein:e kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer:in, mit erster Führungserfahrung
Deine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationsfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus
Du bist lernhungrig und bereit, über dich hinaus zu wachsen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Jeder fängt mal klein an. Auch der größte Basketball- und Streetwear Versandhändler Europas. 1993 im Münchner Stadtteil Schwabing gegründet, verschickte der kleine Laden in der Feilitzschstraße anfangs seine Pakete noch aus der nebenan stehenden Garage. Mit seinem einzigartigen Markenportfolio der besten Brands aus Sport und Fashion und einer absoluten und kompromisslosen Hingabe zum Basketballsport wuchs KICKZ in den letzten 25 Jahren zum unangefochtenen Basketball Authenticator auf dem Markt heran. Sportmarken wie Nike, adidas, Jordan, K1X, Reebok, Converse, Puma und Champion werden bei uns ebenso selbstverständlich geführt, wie Sneaker, die die Fusion von Basketball mit Lifestyle & Culture symbolisieren, wie der legendäre Air Jordan 1, der Air Force 1 oder Converse All-Star.

Neben einem etablierten internationalen Online Shop verfügt KICKZ außerdem über insgesamt 9 deutsche Filialen unter anderem in Berlin, München und Hamburg, in denen - zusammen mit unserer Zentrale in München - knapp 170 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt sind.

To spread the love of basketball to the world, we are looking for a Store Manager for our store who embodies our Kickz Basketball Culture! This is where you come in!

Your mission

You are responsible for the performance of your store and have a wide range of possibilities to shape it
You lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve best performance
You keep an eye on your KPI's and optimize your store continuously
You are responsible for efficient personnel planning and recruiting the right employees for your store
You inspire our customers for our selection of sneakers and streetwear and offer a first-class service
You control the stock on the floor and ensure the availability for the customers
You have an eye for the appropriate presentation of goods and implement our visual merchandising guidelines independently

Your experience and personality

You have experience in sales, a very good understanding of visual merchandising, merchandise layout and logistics
You are fashion-conscious and enthusiastic about basketball, sneakers and streetwear
You are a team player with strong communication skills and first leadership experience
You have a strong hands-on mentality and a high degree of initiative, commitment and organizational skills
Very good German and good English skills

Everyone starts small. Even Europe's largest mail-order basketball and streetwear retailer. Founded in 1993 in Munich's Schwabing district, the small store in Feilitzschstraße initially shipped its parcels from the garage next door. With its unique brand portfolio of the best brands in sports and fashion and an absolute and uncompromising devotion to the sport of basketball, KICKZ has grown over the past 25 years to become the undisputed basketball authenticator in the market. Sports brands like Nike, adidas, Jordan, K1X, Reebok, Converse, Puma and Champion are carried by us as naturally as sneakers that symbolize the fusion of basketball with lifestyle & culture, like the legendary Air Jordan 1, Air Force 1 or Converse All-Star.

In addition to an established international online store, KICKZ also has a total of 11 German stores in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Stuttgart, among others, where - together with our headquarters in Munich - almost 170 employees are working.

Our international team consists of talented and dedicated employees from the basketball, streetwear and fashion scene. To strengthen our office and stores, we are always looking for motivated talents who want to make a difference together as a team!
